These Terms govern your use of Kirelta ("Service"), operated from kirelta.com. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
Kirelta provides calibrated drift and reliability monitoring for machine learning models via API and web dashboards. Features and limits vary by plan, described on our pricing page.
You must provide accurate information and keep your password and API keys confidential. You are responsible for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access.
Kirelta is currently offered as a beta. Features, limits, and pricing may change with notice. We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service during this phase.
Paid plans are billed monthly in advance, with usage-based overage billed in arrears, via our payment processor. You can cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period. See pricing for current rates.
You retain ownership of data you send to Kirelta. We process it solely to provide the Service. See our Privacy Policy for details on handling and retention.
You may close your account at any time by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, with notice where practical.
The Service is provided "as is." Kirelta's statistical outputs (drift signals, recommended actions) are decision support, not guarantees — you remain responsible for decisions made using the Service. To the extent permitted by law, Kirelta's liability is limited to the amount you paid in the preceding 3 months.
We may update these Terms; material changes will be notified by email or in-app. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
